How quickly will you respond to my message?

We make a point of answering every message within 24 hours or sooner. Most couples hear back the same day. If your date is coming up fast, call us toll-free at 1-877-454-4456 and we will help you right away.

How do I find out if my date is available?

Send the form with your event date and venue, or give us a call. We run a full team of DJs and MCs, so even popular summer and fall Saturdays are worth checking. We will confirm availability and send a quote, usually within one business day.

Where do you perform, and do you charge travel fees?

We perform across Southern Ontario, including the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and the GTA, and travel is already included everywhere inside our core service area. Wherever you are celebrating, just tell us where your venue is and your quote will cover everything, with no surprise fees.

How do we lock in our date?

Once you are happy with your quote, a signed agreement and a deposit reserve your date exclusively for you. From there we start planning: your timeline, your must-play list and any extras like lighting, special effects or a photo booth.
