The Grand Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, Burlington Bay and golf-course views, and a private outdoor terrace. It can also be divided into Bayview East and Bayview West for smaller celebrations.
Seasonal ceremonies are held outside on Bayview Terrace. In cold or poor weather, the ceremony moves to Bayview West, which may need to be reset during cocktail hour depending on the number of guests.
The venue publishes a maximum of 175 for a wedding layout with round tables, a dance floor and a head table. Use that full arrangement when comparing capacity with other venues.

How many guests can the Grand Ballroom hold?
BGCC lists 175 guests with round tables, a dance floor and a head table. A theatre-style layout can accommodate more, but that is not a dinner-and-dance arrangement.
Where is the wedding ceremony held?
Seasonal ceremonies take place on Bayview Terrace. Bayview West is the listed indoor alternative for cold or poor weather.
Does BGCC host more than one wedding per day?
Its wedding page states that it holds one wedding per day.
Can wedding parties take photographs on the golf course?
No. Photography is available in designated areas, but the golf course and private member areas are restricted.
